Recently I took a little holiday to a beautiful little country tucked away somewhere between Mainland China and the Pacific Ocean. Taiwan is a place which have a lot to offer especially to a gourmet person such as me. Foods are everywhere. From street vendors to 5 star restaurants, it never ceases to impress you and what I misses about it most is the hospitality of the people. Although Taiwan boasts of one the tallest building in the world, never the less it still have breathtaking rustic charms which never fails to take me back 30 years younger where everything seems so.... easy. Yes visiting Taiwan is like taking a trip in a time machine, except that you will see the old and new side by side and that is part of the charm.
