My Oven (Kenwood MO670 Mini Convection Oven)

Perhaps the single piece of equipment I would recommend you to spend a little bit more on in your kitchen would be the oven. Why? Lets take a look....
1) A good oven can maintain the temperature better.
2) A good oven distributes heat more evenly.
3) A good oven is more accurate when you set the temperature desired.
4) Most important of all... A good oven gives you less headache.
Still, I try to keep my equipments down to the most basic of all. I prefer Kenwood MO670 over all the other brands simply because the one I'm using is quite reliable and gets the job done. Although it doesn't have any fancy digital  thermostat or dial but the end product speaks for itself. I found out that I do not have to make any major changes to the baking temperatures of the products I make at home. Although I may be using a more high tech oven which may cost more than a car at work, this little oven gives me satisfaction almost as good as the more expensive latter.
